Guessing Game: Hint Guessing Game

Description:

The students break up into groups of 4 – 6.

The teacher has a list of things.  The student must guess what the current thing is.  The teacher’s list contains 3 hints for every object.  So for each round, the teacher begins by reading the first hint.  The students try to guess what the object might be from that hint.  They guess by writing their answer down on a piece of paper, and showing it, in secret, to the teacher (so that the other teams cannot see their answer).  If the answer is correct after the first hint, that team receives 3 points.

Then the teacher reads the second hint, and students continue to guess in the same manner.  If they answer correctly after the second hint, their team receives 2 points.  Finally the teacher reads the 3rd hint.  If the team answers correctly, they receive 1 point.
